Payment: All reservations must be confirmed by credit card. Advance payment is required for all bookings. A refundable deposit of a minimum 2 nights accomodation will be held against telephone charges and/or breakages. |
Cancellation: If you need to cancel or change your reservation, a minimum of 28 days advance notice is required to avoid a 100% charge for the full length of stay. However, Westminster Apartment Services guarantee a refund for any nights that are re-let. Longer term rates & conditions available on request. N.B ANY CONFIRMED RESERVATIONS THAT ARE MADE WITHIN 28 DAYS CANNOT BE CANCELLED AND WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE FULL LENGTH OF STAY. |
