The above rates are subject to VAT at 17.5% for the first 28 days and 3.5% thereafter. Longer term rates are available upon request. Rates may be subject to change without notice.
Rates are inclusive of service charges, utilities, telephone line rental and council tax.

Terms and Conditions

Payment:

All reservations must be confirmed by credit card. Advance payment is required for all bookings.
A refundable deposit of minimum 2 nights accommodation will be held against telephone charges and/or breakages.

Cancellation:

If you need to cancel or change your reservation, a minimum of 28 days advance notice is required to avoid a 100% charge for the full length of stay. However, Westminster Apartment Services guarantee a refund for any nights that are re-let. Longer term rates & conditions available on request. N.B ANY CONFIRMED RESERVATIONS THAT ARE MADE WITHIN 28 DAYS CANNOT BE CANCELLED AND WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE FULL LENGTH OF STAY.
