Westminster Apartments collects payouts from all platforms, checks that transactions are successful, and releases funds to owners on the first Monday of the following month, or as soon as the platforms transfer all funds from the previous month, whichever comes first after that date.

No, cleaning and linen fees are covered by guests. We work with independent cleaners who handle laundry on-site, keeping quality high and costs low, so we can maximise on rental prices. No agency markups, no VAT on cleaning.

Termination terms depend on the specific agreement signed. Generally, we require one month's notice, and future bookings already in place should be honoured or relocated, which can be done by us.
