How it works

The Partner refers a property owner to us, we handle everything from there. From onboarding to full day-to-day management, we cover every aspect of the operation A to Z, while the Partner earns a monthly commission and retains access to a live portal to monitor availability and performance in real time, along with all the other services provided to the partners' clients.

How Partners get paid

The Partners get paid every month based on the gross revenue generated by that property as follow:

• for properties generating up to £5,000, 15% of our management fee

• for properties generating £5,001 – £20,000, 20% of our management fee

• for properties generating above £20,000, 25% of our management fee

We charge our fee based on a few conditions, with long term vs temporary project being a key one.

Example:
A Partner refers to us a property generating on average £6,500  monthly (a two-bedroom flat in Central London) and signed for a 12-month agreement:
1. In this case we charge a 16.5% fee on £6,500 = £1,072.5
2. The Partner earns 20 % of £1072.5 = £214.5 every month (about £2,500 by the end of the 12-month agreement)

Simple Agreement & Transparent Payments

We’ll sign a short referral agreement with our Partner and they receive monthly statements and payouts for each active referral. No hidden terms, no admin on your side. Our Partner remains the trusted adviser to their client and we operate discreetly and professionally. Westminster Apartments will also sign a Short Let Property Management with the client to have full and legal right to market and manage the property on their behalf.
