CHECK-OUT INFORMATION
Return Keys: Please place the keys in the lockbox as instructed at check-in. Please send us a photo.
Rubbish Disposal: Dispose of rubbish if requested; otherwise, the cleaner will handle it.
Personal Belongings: Take all personal items with you. Left items may be discarded or stored by cleaners. If you need items returned, a £20 handling fee applies plus shipping costs.
Deposit Release: Deposits are automatically released within 3 days of check-out unless we report any damages. We encourage guests to report any issues at check-in for a smooth stay.

Please keep the flat tidy and clean, as it is was your own Home away from Home. Every little help running this home is much appreciated and make everyone's stay more enjoyable. 🙏🏼

Mandatory House Rules
Breaking the house rules might cause the immediate cancellation.
NO SMOKING (Only allowed in outdoor spaces)
NO DRUGS OR HEAVY ALCOHOL ALLOWED
KEEP NOISE LOW FROM 9PM TO 9AM
NO UN-ALLOWED GUEST WITHOUT APPROVAL
(if you have booked for one person but coming with a friend, please tell us)
RETURN ALL KEYS AT CHECK-OUT
(a fine of £100 applies for losing the fob!! Please do not lose it)
Extra charge will apply if the guests:
Mark permanently the bed sheets, the duvet covers, pillow cases or towels: from £30 per item
Break or take any item: charged to the value of a brand new replacement of same quality
Using extra linen set without Host approval: £50
Losing keys/fob: £100
Invite extra unannounced guests: from £25 per night per guest or immediate cancellation of the booking causing immediate check-out if the extra guests will be not allowed to stay
